Scan Queue
Your organization runs only as many scans concurrently as it has slots; once the slots are full, the remaining scans wait in the Queued state. The Scan Queue page lets you manage running scans and the scan queue in one place, and adjust the waiting order yourself.
You can open the page from the “Scan Queue” menu in the sidebar.
Active Scans
Section titled “Active Scans”The Active Scans list shows the scans currently occupying a slot. These are scans in the Running and Paused states. You can review the details of an active scan and stop it, or pause it briefly, to free up a slot.
Managing the queue
Section titled “Managing the queue”The Queue list shows the Queued scans waiting for a slot to open, in their waiting order. Scans run in this order as slots free up, so you can move a scan you want handled sooner toward the top to adjust its priority.
Reordering the queue
Section titled “Reordering the queue”On each queued item, you can change the order with the following actions.
- Move to top: Moves the scan to the very front of the queue.
- Move up: Moves the scan one position forward.
- Move down: Moves the scan one position back.
Removing from the queue
Section titled “Removing from the queue”Click the “Delete” button to delete a scan you no longer need to run and remove it from the queue.
